Well, hello, my dear. You think that nobody will read this? Think again! The web is open to the world. (Watch your language.. written or spoken. Beautiful people do not say filthy things.) Does the world know who you are? I think not, unless you are a techie who knows a lot more about things than I do. Who am I? Well, I am a grandmother. And I work for a career center. I am looking for articles and information on teaching 5th graders something about choosing what they want to be when they grow up. And, yes, these are some of the best days of your life. They all are.. they just have different meanings and different interests. But, when you are grown up and have a family of your own, you will worry about things you don't worry about now, like, your child's illness or not having a job or the trouble you are having with your husband or how to pay the house payment. Or, what to fix for supper when you are tired and fast food is not a healthy option! You don't have to be concerned with that now. Now, you just think about Mr. Right and having those wonderfully beautiful, healthy, smart kids who will never give you a moment's bit of trouble. Dream on. School is a time to enjoy friends, go to ball games, have boyfriends (the right kind.. the ones who respect you), hang out with your buds, and learn! Your mind is so ready to absorb everything now! It gets more difficult when you get older. Study and learn now! Maybe someday you won't say, "if I had it all to do over again....". Think to yourself, "Maybe I don't recognize it now but these are good days. I need to make the very best of each moment that is given to me!" It doesn't happen without effort on your part. Some times you just have to search the back of your heart as well as your mind. Depression is every where, but I have been able to channel that negative energy into something great, and you have that gift too. You just have to keep it up.
